What an absolute belter of a weekend up at Crail Raceway for the VX Icons & Retro Day. The HB RACING team headed up with high hopes, and Paul well and truly delivered the goods.
A new record at Crail Raceway
Paul drove the absolute wheels off the Astra, laying the power down flawlessly and walking away with the official Crail Raceway Vauxhall FWD track record at Crail! Crossing the line at 135 mph in a front-wheel-drive car is serious business, and it takes proper commitment to keep it pinned.

All the late nights in the garage, the endless prep work, and dialling in the setup paid off in full on that run. Fully deserved for all the hard graft put into the car. Here are the statistics from the record-breaking pass:
